Sandwiched with Love (SWL) is a charity project dedicated to serving the growing homeless and food insecure communities in southern California. We gather to make and distribute 500 sandwiches on the first Saturday of each month. Each sandwich is individually packaged and labeled with encouraging messages of hope. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO CONTINUE THIS EFFORT!
Purpose:
-To remind people that they are loved by providing nourishment for their body and soul simply because it’s the right thing to do.
-To create the opportunity for family and friends to bond and make new memories in fun service to our community.
-And to plant the seed for charity work in individuals that would otherwise find charitable acts to be unappealing, uncomfortable or unavailable

Chocolate Chix’ Sandwiched with Love (SWL) is currently accepting donations for sandwich ingredients and supplies so we can seamlessly continue our mission. We do not have non-profit status yet so your giving will temporarily be without a financial benefit. Meanwhile we are seeking the support of other non-profit organizations that we may partner with to entice corporations and other organizations to give. The Diversity Rising initiative brings together professional women ready to seize more management responsibility in executive level positions within the corporate infrastructure and make a greater impact in the workplace. Through coaching, we help develop clear definitions of success for ourselves and our teams — successfully navigating corporate dynamics while fighting bias along the way, to transform our careers, increase our income, and ultimately create a new playbook that empowers other sisters of color to rise above the ranks and thrive in leadership roles.
President and founder of this endeavor, Shatriece Williams, is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Black MBA Los Angeles chapter and leads this effort with Chocolate Chix who passionately support women everywhere to claim their rightful seat at the table.

Crumbsnatchers
CrumbSnatchers helps families “cook together, eat right and grow strong” by addressing health and hunger through physical activity, nutritional education, and wholesome eating and cooking practices for families with youth ages 4-12. Through programs like On-Your-Mark, New-trition, Camp CrumbSnatchers and Kakes for Kids, it is our joint mission to inspire a more health-conscience generation within our communities.

CHOCOLATE CHIX TROPICAL TRIP 2022!
In keeping with the Chocolate Chix tradition, we will resume our annual Chocolate Chix Tropical Trip in 2022. It is, by far, our favorite event of the year. As you can guess, there will be plenty of fun in the sun as you travel with your favorite Chix. The point of the trip is to meet and spend quality time getting caught up with Chix in your circle, and meeting new Chix from further out.
Whether it’s over appetizers, during a spa day, or on a jet ski, we want to help you get it all in with no work, no kids, and no effort.
